International Justice Mission (IJM) is a global organization that protects the most vulnerable from violence and oppression irrespective of their gender, community, caste, race, and ethnicity. IJM India works with the State and Central governments on two forms of human trafficking: Bonded Labor and sex trafficking of minors. We work alongside government officials and grassroots organizations to rescue and rehabilitate victims, prosecute offenders, and train public justice officials.

HR Recruiting Assistant
To support the office by seeking out and recruiting excellent candidates to take on the critical work of seeking justice for the poor. The HR Recruiting Assistant will be responsible for effectively bringing in the relevant people to fill up the vacant position to achieve the System Reform goal.
Bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience

Executive Assistant
To Provide administrative support to and assist the Director in day-to-day operations with ability to manage a large number of tasks simultaneously and proven ability to consistently meet deadlines with excellence.
Bachelor’s degree or higher with minimum one year of experience in providing administrative support.

Manager – Partnerships
This role will have the opportunity to manage the partnerships team to ensure the development of strong sustainable relationships with its partners.  Manager of Partnerships will be a strong person in building relationships with corporates, civil society, and communities.
Bachelor’s degree or beyond, preferably in field of management

Training and Development Coordinator
Training and Development Coordinator will work closely with the Manager of Training and Development to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the training and development efforts. This position will provide support in building the capacities of the Indian government to respond to sex trafficking cases.
Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Social Sciences with relevant experience.

Government Relations Coordinator
Build relationships with power actors to raise awareness and strengthen partnerships in the public justice system. Develop and manage IJM’s strategy and relations with government and police officials at the state and district level.
Degree in Public Administration with relevant experience; MSW preferred.

Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist
Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist will lead M&E activities for IJM’s projects in Kolkata.  The successful candidate will be experienced in monitoring & evaluations, and/or data quality assurance in the international development, public health or justice sector arena.
Degree in International Development or related field and progressive experience predominantly working in monitoring and evaluation.

Data Management Specialist
A qualified data management professional to help ensure that all IJM programs have high-quality data analysis. The successful candidate will be experienced in data management, monitoring, and/or data quality assurance.
Bachelor’s degree in Management, International Development, evaluation, research, program management or another related field and relevant experience.



Communications Specialist/Writer
A passionate writer who would be responsible for writing and coordinating the communication of the office to increase awareness on the issue of human trafficking for commercial sexual exploitation in order to achieve IJM’s mission.
Master’s Degree in management or equivalent experience Master’s Degree in Communications preferable.

Administrative Assistant/Coordinator
Provide administrative support, effectively upkeep the daily administrative work for the smooth functioning of the office and ensure a robust coordination within the team and the departments.
Bachelor’s degree or higher with minimum one year of experience in providing administrative support.

Research Analyst
The Research Analyst will aid the System Reform Project with the understanding of existing laws, schemes and suggest areas of possible intervention at the policy level.
Bachelor’s Degree in Social work or International Development/Public Policy or beyond.
