Responsibilities
¥ Source, identify, qualify and represent top performing
sales and senior professionals for our clients. Filter applications, conduct
first round screens, schedule subsequent interviews, conduct reference calls
and debrief sessions. Build and manage a database of candidates. Manage candidate relationship from application
through to offer accepted.
¥ Become a trusted advisor to your candidate and identify
the most suitable opportunities for them based on their wants and needs. Excel at relationship building in order to
grow your candidate base through referrals.
¥ Collaborate with the Techaxis team to ensure successful
and lasting placements and satisfied clients. Results driven environment (strategic approach
versus number of dials) Responsible for
sourcing candidates within the US job market for senior level positions in
Sales and Senior Level Program and Delivery professionals.
Requirements
¥ Loves Hunting. You’re not afraid to send unsolicited emails, track people
down, and jump on the phone.
¥ Relentless with a sense of urgency. Your
natural inclination is to contact a star candidate 4-5 times across different
channels before giving up. And, even then, you’ll keep track of them in the future. You should approach
your goals with a deep sense of urgency and speed to get results.
¥ Organized and efficient. You’re able to efficiently schedule meetings with
busy people and keep track of hundreds of candidates. Warm,
likable, trustworthy and human. Do you make people feel comfortable
and warm when you first meet them? Do you make people want to open
up? Do you care about them having a successful outcome? Can you build
relationships easily and maintain them over long term? Good and clear
communicator. You’re a high bandwidth communicator in English,
both written and verbal. You should be able to discuss complicated issues with
ease. And come across as a confident and impressive communicator. Genuinely
excited about Technology. You understand and genuinely like technology
– IT Services and Software. And are eager to learn more, explore on your own
and contribute your knowledge in helping the team members learn from you.
Remember you need not be a techie, but just be interested in knowing the trends
Young and Enthusiastic. You may have been a trail
blazer in school or college. Participates in fests or debates or music.
Intelligent, articulate with a hunger to learn and grow. We are open to
brilliant undergraduates as well.
