ANALYST, TRAINING – JOB PROFILE
Overview of the Role:
An Analyst in the Training department has a multi-faceted role, which includes facilitating training programs across all levels &
departments. The Analyst works closely with the Associate & AVP while analyzing strategic initiatives related to performance and
professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Checking the training needs and maintaining the training calendar across various departments
• Preparing modules and content for Financial and Non-Financial training
• Analyzing the effectiveness of training and assessments conducted at all levels
• Regular and timely reporting of the feedback sessions for the training conducted
• Preparing presentations to update the activities and initiatives of the training team
Prerequisites:

ANALYST, HUMAN RESOURCES - JOB DESCRIPTION
An Analyst in the Human Resource Department will be responsible for supporting comprehensive human resource programs and performing related duties in-line with the overall objectives of the department and the organization. The Analyst will perform functions such as employee relations, organizational development, talent management, and talent engagement.
Responsibilities Assumed:
• Organizing and managing employee welfare and development activities to ensure positive employee engagement and communication
• Developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives like employee satisfaction surveys, and engagement strategies to retain talent
• Strategizing, designing and planning activities for employees like office celebrations, annual day, milestone achievement etc.
• Identifying type and cost of programs, remaining budget-conscious & ensuring that programs reflect company values
• Managing issues and requests of various groups involved including participants, stakeholders, vendors, internal service team providers such as facilities, administration, etc
• Reviewing personnel actions for compliance with rules, policies and procedures and assisting during HR audit
• Coordinating and facilitating focus groups, surveys, skip meets/one-on-one interviews, and other methodologies
