1) EXECUTIVE- (VOICE) -

Timings:

Shift 1: 05.30 pm- 03.30 am (East Coast Time Zone)
Shift 2: 07.30 pm – 05.30 am (West Coast Time Zone)
8 off’s every 4 weeks;

Compensation: Fixed annual salary of Rs. 2 Lacs per annum

2) EXECUTIVE- (Email) – basic profile is writing and taking care of e-mails for our e-commerce division

Timings: Rotational Shifts are there:

Morning Shift: 6.00 am- 2.30 pm
Afternoon Shift: 2.00 pm – 10.30 pm
Night Shift : 10.00 pm- 6.30 am
Biweekly Shift rotation
3 weekly off’s every 2 weeks

Compensation: Fixed annual salary of Rs. 2 Lacs per annum

3) FULFILLMENT EXECUTIVE –

Timings: Rotational Shifts are there:

Morning Shift: 6.00 am- 2.30 pm
Afternoon Shift: 2.00 pm – 10.30 pm
Night Shift: 10.00 pm- 6.30 am
Biweekly Shift rotation
3 weekly off’s every 2 weeks

Compensation: Fixed annual salary of Rs. 2 Lacs per annum

4) LISTING EXECUTIVE – basic profile is listing the products for our e-commerce division

Timings: Shift: 12 .00 pm- 09.00 pm (Monday – Friday)
Saturday – 12 – 5 pm

Compensation: Fixed annual salary of Rs. 1.5 Lacs per annum

5) USER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE – basic profile is communicating with the customers via written correspondence for their issues, responding to web-generated requests for support, including problem analysis, resolution of the same etc

Timings: Rotational Shifts are there:

Morning Shift: 6.00 am- 2.30 pm
Afternoon Shift: 2.00 pm – 10.30 pm
Night Shift: 10.00 pm- 6.30 am
Biweekly Shift rotation
3 weekly off’s every 2 weeks

Compensation: Fixed annual salary of Rs. 1.8 Lacs per annum
