INTERNSHIP

Piramal Consumer Products (OTC), one of the SBU’s of Piramal Healthcare, intends to gauge its satisfaction amongst the customers i.e.  Stockist / Retailers which in turn can help us engage them effectively and efficiently



BACKGROUND
Piramal Consumer Products (OTC) caters to its target consumers through thousand+ and lacs+ retailers. In other words they play a very pivotal role in company’s ambition to make Piramal products a household name for “SELF CARE”. Keeping this in mind, it becomes imperative to understand the image of Piramal OTC amongst its customers in terms of:

  • Symbolic: Matter of pride of being associated with Piramal
  • Functional: % Contribution to its turnover
  • Experiential: Services in case of any grievances 
  1. PROJECT OBJECTIVES


The primary objective of the study is to gauge the engagement level of existing Piramal Customers (Stockists/Retailers) using Quantitative tools and techniques.

A structured questionnaire consisting both of open and close ended questions would be used to achieve the primary objective, for preliminary findings study would be conducted in 4 Metros (Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi and Kolkata). In each of the given Metro, a fixed number of retailers and distributors to be interviewed
  1. outline PROJECT DELIVERABLES AND/OR DESIRED   OUTCOMES


A report and a PowerPoint presentation detailing the findings and recommendation for the study statistical

The candidate can be in final year of graduation from any field but should be strong in analytic as the project would require him to utilize his analytical abilities.
