Role & Responsibilities	Field Engineer is a very important role in any product company as it helps in completing the full life cycle of a product development. Field Engineers at Agilent are part of Post Sales Support team; we call it Field Service Engineer (FSE). In this position you will get rich experience of implementing your theoretical knowledge in practical situations. Your role will entail:-  Training customers on Agilent Products after installing the product.  Making customer familiar with the product and demonstrate application.  Understanding customer’s requirement in order to recommend application solutions and demonstrate good practice in sample analysis.  Analyzing customer’s problems and troubleshooting them  Give product information, technical presentations, and product demos to the customers to increase the sale prospect of Agilent or repeat orders. To be effective in this role you need:-

 Good communication skills  Good presentation skills  Ability to communicate with senior customers without any inhibition  Good Analytical skill  Enthusiasm to learn instrumentation hardware  Strong interpersonal skills  Flair to meet customers  Willingness to travel and explore new geographies
