They are currently recruiting for the following positions:

1.  Academic Author (Finance & Accounting) : B.Com, M.Com

         Job Description

• Read and comprehend subject material from textbooks
• Analyze the material to create customized content (test banks, quizzes,quantitative exercises,presentations, instructor guidebooks, instructional videos, and other forms of interactive educational content) in the accounting and finance domain that adheres to internal quality standards 
•   Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure client-ready files. These will include concept (subject matter) checks, checks for grammar, format and client guidelines. 
•  Provide on-the-job training to new team members and review their work
• The candidate must be familiar with concepts such as:

·        Fundamental financial accounting, managerial accounting, and financial management

·        Accounting for consolidation of financial statements, foreign currency transactions, and hedging foreign exchange risk

·        Accounting for formation, operation, and liquidation of partnership firms

·        Accounting for not-for-profit organizations

    2.   Content Analyst (Finance & Accounting): Any stream

Job description:

· Solving complex quantitative (finance, accounting etc) exercises and problems

· Checking online exercises for accuracy

· Accuracy checking textbook content and solutions to exercises

· Creating questions, presentations or instructor guidebooks for finance or accounting textbooks

3.  Content Developer:

For Graduates/Post Graduates (Business law, Management, English, Marketing, Philosophy and Sociology or Journalism)

        Job Description

• Read and comprehend subject material from textbooks
• Analyze the material to create customized content such as Test banks, Quizzes, Presentations or Instructor Guidebooks that is audience-appropriate and adheres to internal quality standards
• Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure client-ready files. These will include concept (subject matter) checks, checks for grammar, format and client guidelines
• Provide on-the-job training to new team members and review their work

     4. Content Developer: Economics (All streams may apply)

          Job Description

• Read and comprehend subject material from textbooks (Economics)
• Analyze the material to create customized content (test banks, quizzes, presentations or instructor guidebooks) that is audience-appropriate and adheres to internal quality standards
• Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure client-ready files. These will include concept (subject matter) checks, checks for grammar, format and client guidelines
• Provide on-the-job training to new team members and review their work
