Require:
Basic: Bachelor / Master degree in Sales & Marketing/ Finance ( B.Com / BBA / M.Com)
Experience : Fresher / 1-2 years’ experience
Specialized Knowledge: Communication skills, analytical skills, Negotiation skills, basic computer
skills, team player, ability to work in dynamic situation.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Analysis of needs and requirements
. Listen to customer to find out requests, needs and desires
. Check, discuss and clarify needs by using questioning techniques.
. Based on needs analysis, recommend policy that meets requirements
2. Product demonstration
. Able to relate features of the policy for advantages and benefits for customers
. Provide proof of the benefits
3. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
4. Presentation of offer
. Present offer of the right match to customers’ needs
. Discuss and clarify terms and conditions of the insurance policy.
5. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
6. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
7. Handling of objections/ difficult customer interface/ negotiation
. Argumentation focused on the customer benefits and not on the premium (value for money)
. If the salesperson has no solution, communicate with the manager.
8. Maintain and Send appointment Tracker on daily basis by default to the reporting
Manager
9. Revenue target has to be achieved.
CTC: Rs. 2 lakhs pa
