Educational Qualifications:	Graduates/Post Graduates from any stream preferably B. Com(Marketing & Finance), BBA(Marketing & Finance), M. Com
Experience:	Up to 1 year of professional experience (post graduation) in the Marketing of Financial products Fresher’s with good knowledge of Financial Market will also be considered
Knowledge/Skills/ Personal attributes:	Understanding of stock market Excellent communication skills (written and oral), convincing skills Good-looking, impactful personality Conversant in Bengali, English, Hindi, Marwari (preferable) Ability to learn quickly Strong Interpersonal Skills Target Orientation Should be ready to travel in and around Kolkata anytime for business development Perseverance and ability to take pressure No fear of rejection Ability to take initiative and take others along Team player Strong analytical skills and structured thinking Maturity and ability to engage at all levels of the organization Attention to detail
