Internship

We are an investment bank and help companies to raise capital, assist in buyouts and sell outs, mergers and acquisitions and cross border transactions. The promoters belong to leading B schools of India with experience in setting up and running businesses.

Job Description: Number crunching, studying financial models of businesses, preparing presentations, coordinating with the client, working in the portfolio company and assisting in setting up new businesses.

Nature of Job: 6 months internship.

Location: Calcutta

Eligibility: Finance Students in their final year of graduation. (Sound Knowledge of Accounting and Finance as well as MS Office skills are compulsory)

Compensation: Interns will be paid a fixed stipend of Rs. 5000 per month during their period of internship and will be reimbursed any expenses which they incur on behalf of the company. An internship certificate will also be provided upon completion of their term.

After the internship, based on the performance of the Candidate, the company may offer them a full time job.
