Role description: Product Facilitator
Problem solving oriented — Structure and develop solutions to business problems of a wide range, in the context of project work and knowledge building efforts — Coordinate with customer executives and synthesize problem solutions — Derive breakthrough insights and conclusions through effective research and study
Research oriented — Gather primary and secondary data and use standard tools to analyse the same — Design market research and surveys — Prepare analytical reports and presentations incorporating research data
Customer interactions and management oriented — Work collectively with NirSan and customer executives with appropriate levels of communication — Follow a SOP based approach to deliver products in a customer organisation — Conduct interviews and surveys with customer executives that are of a diagnostic nature, intended to obtain a better diagnostic of the business situation — Administer the company's management products in customer organisations
Team oriented — Take ownership of the task at hand and ensure completion of the same — Coach team members, and be coached in turn — Monitor and report the progress of assignment in order to achieve desired objectives — Work as a part of a cohesive team based on guidance from the team's leader
