Rungamattee Tea & Industries, Ltd. is one of the oldest tea manufacturers in the country.  We have four top estates (Upper Assam, Cachar, Darjeeling and Dooars) in the major tea growing areas of the country, and we have our own factories in each estate.  We have historically been known to produce some of the finest tea years after year. Most of our teas are sold in consumer packs in the domestic market. The best of our Darjeelings and Assams produce are exported to Germany, Japan, and the UK.  We also have local offices in major centers throughout the country.

Requirements:

·  0 - 1 years experience

·  Very well spoken and written English

·  Motivated individual prepared to be groomed and move up the ranks

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Join the team involved with the launch of a new tea brand

a. Undergo tea tasting training/education

b. Create marketing material related to brand management and public relations

c. Manage Online Selling portals like Amazon, Flipkart etc.

2. Product Development

a.     Deal with domestic and international companies to source new products

b.     Understand which products pair well with our teas

c.     Build an entire product catalog and market them which should align with o     business strategy.

3. Manage the retail location

a.     Train sales employees

b.     Customer interaction

c.     Client interaction

4.    Work with functional heads to ensure timely execution of key projects

5.    Be able to work independently and be a team player when required

Required: B.Com / BBA / M.Com - Marketing, COP - Marketing

                Economics

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES:

· Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal)

· Strong computer skills (strong grasp of PowerPoint and Excel; plus Photoshop, Illustrator, Coral)

· Strong analytical and Interpersonal skills. 

CTC: Rs. 2.5/- lacs pa
