Eligibility Criteria for Officers in Junior Management Grade Level I
Final year and final/penultimate semester students of Postgraduate course in any
discipline of any of the universities incorporated by an act of the central or state
legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of
Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of UGC Act,
1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD,
The government of India or approved by AICTE.
Should have obtained minimum 60% marks for SSC or equivalent exam & Plus 2 or
equivalent exam and 60% marks for graduation.
Shall secure 60 % of marks in the qualifying examination (post-graduation)
Non-attainment of minimum marks will disqualify the candidate from the final
selection.
Should have cleared all papers of the previous years/semesters of the qualifying
examination as on the date of recruitment process conducted by the Bank and all
the subsequent papers also should be cleared along with the final examination.
Candidates shall not exceed 26 years of age as on 01.11.2017 (Candidates should be
born on or after 01.11.1991).
Minimum percentage of marks prescribed for the examinations is not allowed to be
rounded off. (For example, a candidate who secured only 59.99% of marks will not
be permitted to appear for the campus process in case the minimum stipulated
percentage is 60%)
Bank reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standard/ other norms etc.
in order to restrict the number of candidates to be included in the selection process.

BRANCH BANKING – JOB DESCRIPTION
The primary responsibility in a branch banking role is to meet the expected standards of external and internal customer service rendered by the branch, by ensuring process standardization, timely service, inculcation of customer-centric culture and strong operational controls in accordance with the quality standards of the bank.
Working towards achieving Business targets assigned to the branch by continually enhancing and upgrading the relationship with customers, meeting prospective customers & adding to the existing client base.
Providing proper guidance to all classes of customers, meet and exceed their requirements /expectations by offering assistance through cross-selling / wealth management methods.
Interact with customers visiting the branch and guide them to the relevant desk and ensure efficient service provision. Resolve the queries of the customers and ensure customer delight.
Develop a learning culture for self and others by consistently updating with various trends
emerging in the global financial market.
Liaison with senior officials/peers the branch and ensure that the day to day operations of the branch is well executed diligently.

RELATIONSHIP BANKING – JOB DESCRIPTION
Managing the customer base related to the specialist domain allotted (Corporate / Commercial Banking / Retail).
Working towards achieving Business targets assigned to the team by continually enhancing and upgrading the relationship with customers, meeting prospective customers & adding to the existing client base.
Working towards team goals and being a reliable point of contact for all requirements of
customers from the concerned Branches / Business Units.
Liaison with credit hubs with pre-credit analysis works and allied documentation.
Acquiring new customers in the allotted domain of specialization & ensuring best service.
Ensuring highest levels of service to the client base. Profiling customers and offering various financial products to manage their funds effectively. Developing into the role of a Financial Planner & Investment Advisor for the customers Adhere and comply with various audit & quality norms/standards of the bank.

CTC: (Varies on the basis of work location)
Rs.8.60/- Lakhs/- (approx.) per annum (at Kolkata)
Rs.9/- Lakhs/- (approx.) per annum (at Mumbai)
TAKE HOME PAY - Rs.43,000/- per month approx.
