Career Progression: 

Business Development Executives can get promoted to Business Development Managers in six months based on performance. In two years, they can become BD Head of a city and in four, the BD Head of an entire region. The career progression is swift and is based completely on performance.

Title: Business Development Executive - Weddingz vertical

Requirement - 4 (depending on the quality of the candidate)

Location: Kolkata

CTC: Rs. 4/- to 5/- lacs (80% fixed, 20% variable) based on the quality of the candidate.

Additional - target linked incentives that can go up to Rs. 50,000 a month. On average, a BDE makes Rs. 4,000 per month as an incentive.

Note: Immediate Requirement. No joining time can be given.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Meet venue owners across the city and share weddingz value proposition

2. Work with area heads and city head to bring in partner venues on board at the right terms

3. Negotiate with venue owners to agree on terms favorable to weddingz.in

4. Work directly with the BD Head of Eastern Region to facilitate closures/ getting venues on board.

5. Handover the signed venues to the operations team for onboarding  

Required Skills:

1. Analytical and self-driven

2. Strategic thinker, Thinks and behaves like an entrepreneur

3. Should have lived/worked/studied in the city for a minimum of 3 years. Knowledge of the local language is preferable.

4. Smart, dynamic and presentable.

5. Should have excellent communication skills and command over the English language. Schooling from St. Xavier's, Don Bosco, Prat Memorial, Loretto House or similar premier schools will be preferred.

Fresh Graduate with BA (English), BA (Marketing), BCom/BBA/BMS (Marketing) background will be preferred (not mandatory).
