commercial vehicle and new tractor financing businesses.



Intern – Operations
Profile Summary:
This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to the financial sector and work as part of a
the collaborative team in a fast-growing NBFC Company and corporate environment.

Job Description:
 Provide support in the Recovery of the existing loan portfolios and generate business in close
co-ordination with the existing branch team.
 Will be responsible for sourcing business and achieve the assigned targets - Branch,

Open Market etc.
 Will be responsible to interact with the prospective customers and explain the product
features, terms, etc.
 Should be able to manage relationship with Customers / Branches.
 Will be accountable for end to end Pre and Post loan documentation with the customer.
 Execute activities/events from time to time to augment business efforts as per
business requirements.
 Ensure the prescribed guidelines and laid down processes in execution

Education and Experience:
 B.Com and/or BBA – Marketing
 Possess a clear understanding of financial products marketing
 High level of mobility
 Strong customer focus.
 High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm.
 Dependable, quick learner and works well with the team
 Strong analytical and communication skills
 Detail-oriented
 Working knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel

Intern - Finance
Profile Summary:

Job Description:
The candidate will work on finance and accounts operational support functions of the following
areas:
 Assisting in the timely and accurate delivery of financial information
 Working on data compilation, preparing month-end reports etc.
 Assisting with documentation efforts and administrative assistance as needed
 Other duties as assigned time to time

Education and Experience:
 B.Com and/or BBA – Finance
 Possess an understanding of accounting and financial principles
 Dependable, quick learner and works well with the team
 Strong analytical and communication skills
 Detail-oriented
 Working knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel

Intern – Software Development
Profile Summary:
This is a great opportunity as an Intern – Software Development to gain system exposure to the financial sector and work as part of a collaborative team in a fast-growing NBFC Company and
corporate environment.

Job Description:
 Candidate will be responsible for building ASP.NET applications and SQL databases.

Primary responsibility will be to check our existing ERP/CRM software application and
do the required analysis with design and architecture
 Assisting in the timely and accurate delivery of financial information
 Working on data compilation, preparing month-end reports etc.
 Assisting with the existing team for new software design and development activities.
 Other duties as assigned time to time

Education and Experience:
 B. Sc – Computer science –Hons and/or M.Sc – Computer Science
 Possess a sound understanding of basic areas of Computer Science such as
Algorithms, Data Structures, Object Oriented Design, Databases.
 Possess a basic understanding of accounting and financial software
 Strong analytical and communication skills

Critical Skills:
 ASP.NET and SQL Database
 Understanding of system interdependencies and limitations, knowledge in performance,
scalability, enterprise system architecture,
 Good understanding of simple data structures and algorithms
 Must be an individual contributor with a high sense of ownership.
 Receptive to feedback and eager to learn.


Duration: 6 to 12 months

Stipend: Rs.10000/- pm
