About Founders:

Vikram Dhawan: He is a seasoned entrepreneur & consultant with 17+ years of industry & startup experience. He is currently backing multiple ventures in the area of Real Estate Technology, Wealth Management & Online Education.  One of his ventures Indian Realty Exchange (IRX) was acquired by Quikr India Pvt Ltd.


Dr. Swati Dhawan : She is an educator & trainer with more than 16 years of experience in the area of Accounting and Finance with institutes of repute like IIM Raipur, IIM Sirmaur, Faculty of Management Studies, Shri Ram College of Commerce, IMT Ghaziabad, TERI University, etc.

Work Schedule : 6 Days a week (Off on 2nd & 4th Saturdays)

Job Description:  We are looking for enthusiastic interns to participate in execution of various business development activities for wealth management products i.e. Equity & Commodity Trading, Mutual Funds, Insurance & Real Estate. The goal is to reach out to the market & cultivate customer’s interest in wealth management products. This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and will prepare you to enter any fast paced work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and execute lead generation campaigns to promote wealth management products and services.
  2. Execute lead generation campaigns on Linkedin & other social media platforms.
  3. Generate HNI & retail client leads by tele-calling, email & whatsapp marketing.
  4. Work in coordination with the Sales Team to convert prospective clients & generate revenue.
  5. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  6. Measure and report performance of all business development activities.
  7. Participate in creative content creation like infographics, reports, etc. to build client engagement on company’s social media pages.

Note: We will initially conduct a 2 weeks training program during which a brief introduction of all products will be provided. During this period your capabilities will be tested in performing various business development tasks assigned to you. On successful completion of this program, you will be offered an opportunity to do an internship with our company.
