Job Purpose -

The Instructor will primarily be responsible for the overall development and growth of Kids and also ensure that the kids complete the course and do not leave mid-way.

Job Responsibilities -

* Conducting Assessment Test and Achievement Test as per Kumon Method at the enrolment time of child.

* Monitoring marking of class work and homework worksheets by center staff and assisting if required.

* Finding the appropriate starting points by looking at the Diagnostic Graph.

* Determining the student’s starting point.

* To set study projection for students.

* Administration of worksheets as per Kumon method.

* Assigning C.W and H.W worksheets to students.

* Making Study Plan and assess study plan for students on regular basis.

* Observing the student on the center day while attempting worksheets.

* Providing feedback and update student’s study projection with parents.
