RECRUITMENT OF PROBATIONARY CLERKS
Applications are invited for the post of Probationary Clerks
from the graduates and post graduates who are passing out in the academic year
ending on 31.03.2015.
Eligibility norms and other details
(a) Should
be a Graduate/ Post Graduate who are passing out in the year 2015.
(b) Educational Qualification
For final year Graduate students:
1)
60% in
SSLC & HSC (Plus Two)
2)
Pass in 1st chance in all
years/semesters of degree - 60% or above in each semester/year.
For
final year Post-Graduate students:
1)
SSLC
& HSC : Minimum 60%
2)
Degree :
Minimum 60%.
3)
Post Graduation : Should have
passed all years/semesters securing 60% or above in first chance, in each semester/year.
(c)
Age:
Graduates : Not
over 22 years as on 31.12.2014 (Should be born on or after 01.01.1993)
Post Graduates : Relaxation of 2 years for Post Graduates. (Should be born on
or after 01.01.1991)
(d) Emoluments : Scale of Pay Rs. 7200 – 400/3 – 8400 – 500/3 – 9900 – 600/4 – 12300 –
700/7 – 17200 – 1300/1 – 18500 – 800/1 - 19300 and will be eligible for other
allowances applicable to Probationary Clerks.
At present the
gross salary of a Probationary Clerk is over Rs. 19,500/- per month in metro
cities.
(e) Mode
of selection 1st
Stage: A preliminary scrutiny of the applications will be done for short-listing the candidates
at the sole discretion of the bank.
2nd Stage: The selection from
the short listed candidates will be done on the basis of Written Test, Group
Discussion and Personnel Interview.
