· Job location – 9 Heysham Row ( less than 5 minutes from Forum mall )
· Hours of work – 10 am to 7 pm
Required: Fresh Graduate - B.Com / BBA / M.Com
Job Responsibilities
· The incumbent would need to collate data from various departments of our organization (sourcing, production, shipping, export documentation etc.) & present it to CEO daily.
· The responsibilities would include ensuring that buyer timelines are met by enabling communication & activities across company’s factories in various locations.
· He would also be required to liaison with vendors, banks & other stakeholders. Travel may be involved - domestic and/or international.
· The position would double up as Executive Assistant to CEO.
Pre-requisites :
1. Good knowledge of MS Excel & Word.
2. Working proficiency of English .
3. Ability to draft basic letters.
4. Most of all must be meticulous & organized with a willingness to learn.
5. No professional degree required. A graduate degree will do.
CTC: Rs. 2.5/- pa
