Role in HR -
1. Creating and implementing HR policies and HR IT platform
2. Managing and training new joiners
3. Creating the HR department as an independent cost and profit centre
4. Working on Performance Management system
5. Handling exit formalities
6. Hiring or recruiting potential candidates. 

Role in Investment Banking & Finance -

• Gathering, analyzing and interpreting complicated numerical information,

conducting qualitative and quantitative data analysis and industry research.

• Build and maintain strategic, detailed financial models & Industry databases and

other financial analysis.

• Assessing and predicting financial risks and returns.

• Providing investment advice, tactics and recommendations.

• Preparing legal documents and prospectuses. • Liaising with accountants, lawyers

and financial experts.

• Source and pitch potential clients for the company.

Role in IT -

1. Knowledge about User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX)
2. Creating simple paper or coded prototypes using Azure' that would help to communicate and evaluate designs
3. Collecting and collating ideas, and inputs from a wider range of users to improve the design using internet
4. Interacting with users and getting feedback on what they like or dislike
5. Lending IT support in areas such as cyber security, programming, data analytics, and data center management
6. Troubleshooting issues and organizing/maintaining IT resources
7. Researching unusual bugs or issues that the company encounters
8. Participating in the development of new desktops, servers or applications
9. Running software update backups when requested.

Role in Marketing -

1. A brief knowledge about social media marketing.

2. Must have skills in online marketing and the internet.
3. Work within a fast paced team environment.
4. Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.
5. Performing market analysis and research on competition.
6. Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
7. Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
8. Prepare promotional presentations.
9. Manage and update company databases and customer relationship management systems (CRM).

Typical activities on a day-to-day basis include:

• Thoroughly researching market conditions and developments;

• Identifying new business opportunities;

• Carrying out financial modeling, then developing and presenting appropriate

financial solutions to clients;

• Liaising with the chief executive and chief finance officers of large organizations;

• Co-coordinating teams of professionals, including accountants, lawyers and PR

consultants and working closely with them.

The Jurni Campus Ambassador Program for college students was kick-started last year at Delhi University with a handful of students, today they have hundreds of the brightest young minds on board from colleges across the country.

As part of The Jurni community, students will be in a leadership position on a global platform. During these uncertain times with the global pandemic, we are all facing The Jurni has helped students:

Work Integrated Learning Program 2021 (WILP - 2021)

Work Integrated Learning Program 2021 (WILP 2021) is a unique learning-integrated program which offers BCA and BSc students a chance to build a remarkable career at Wipro while pursuing their higher education in M.Tech from a premier educational institution in India, sponsored by Wipro.

Qualifications

Education

• 10th Standard: Pass
• 12th Standard: Pass
• Graduation: 60% or 6.0 CGPA above as applicable by the university guidelines.

Year of Passing

• 2021 ONLY

 

Qualification

• Bachelor of Computer Application - BCA
• Bachelor of Science - Sc.  Eligible Streams – Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, and  Physics

 

Other Criteria

• Mandatory to have studied Core Mathematics as one subject in Graduation.
• Business Maths & Applied Maths will NOT be considered as Core Mathematics in Graduation.
• A maximum of 3 years of education gap, if any, is allowed between 10th and graduation.
• No Gaps are allowed in Graduation. Graduation should be completed within 3 years.
• Education should be regular full time only in 10th, 12th & Graduation recognized by the Central/State Government of India.
• All Arrears and backlogs need to be cleared at the time of the selection process
• Should be an Indian Citizen or should hold a PIO or OCI card, in the event of holding a passport of any other country
• Bhutan and Nepal Nationals need to submit their citizenship certificate
• Candidates who have participated in any selection process held by Wipro in the last three months are not eligible.

Stipend Details

Period :  (INR Per Month)
1st year STIPEND - 15,000 + 488 (ESI)
2nd year STIPEND - 17,000 + 553 (ESI)
3rd year STIPEND - 19,000 + 618 (ESI)
Fourth Year: 23,000

Service Agreement

On joining, candidates would be required to sign a service agreement for 60 months.

 

Selection Process

Every eligible candidate must go through the below online assessment, below the details appended for your reference.

• Online Assessment (80 minutes)
• Aptitude Test - Verbal, Analytical, Quantitative (Each section has 20 minutes / 20 questions)
• Written Communication Test (20 minutes)
• Upon selection in the Online Assessment, candidates will be required to go through a Technical Interview followed by an HR interview.

 

It will solely be at the discretion of Wipro to permit/restrict the participation of any candidate, whether eligible or not, in the selection process of WILP 2021.
