OVERVIEW
KPMG Global Delivery Center (GDC) performs audit related processing for KPMG US and Canada work at a centralized location. They are responsible for efficient preparation of work according to engagement team specifications.
GDC individuals are grouped in teams that have multiple process skills. All teams have detailed expertise in the high-volume processes that support the financial statements and have undergone training in all the relevant processes.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Familiarize with all the applications on KPMG network (Idea, Wisdom, EAudit, Caseware, MS office)
Process the work request per the process manual/KPMG standard /ET Instructions
Inform QA/ TL if PBC document/instructions are missing or raise flag if the required work will exceed time limit
Ensure work is completed timely, accurately and error free
Attend all process and soft skill trainings as required.
Continuous adoption of process improvement.
Take-up other activities assigned from time to time by the TL
THE INDIVIDUAL
Fresher/0-1 years of accounting and auditing experience
Final Year - B.Com / BBA / M.com
Good Accounting Knowledge
Knowledge of MS Office (Good Excel Skills)
Good keyboard and typing skills
Good Communication skill (Verbal and Written)
Attention to detail.
Quality and time conscious.
Work in a team environment.
Should be willing to stretch in terms of working hours based on the business needs including working on weekends
SELECTION PROCESS
Candidates should expect minimum 2 rounds of written assessments and 1 personal interview to assess clarity on concepts, communication skills and attitude
