We would like to share that we are looking for 2 to 3 candidates for Winter Internship / who can join with us for a period of 3 months (December 2^nd Week to Feb 2^nd Week can be extended to March 2^nd week) for exploring the retail operations and network expansion in Eastern Region.

Require: MBA / BBA

Cut off : 60 %

Job Profile: 

Ø  Executing the business expansion plan of Eyeplus in the assigned location Ø  Understanding of catchments for new store proposal. Ø  Identify right set of franchisees for business opportunity. Ø  Mapping an ROI projection for the business. Ø  Coordinate with field sales team to develop database of properties available in the market. Ø  Take legal opinion on the property before final confirmation. Ø  Negotiate for the best rental for the property in the specified location. Key Responsibility: Ø  Track competition on the opportunities in new markets. Ø  Develop a calendar for smooth execution of projects.

Ø  Achieving the set Target of new properties identified. Ø  Achieving the set target of new franchisees identification. Ø  Teamwork in liasoning with the sales team. Ø  Database development of properties and franchisees. Ø  Market expansion and Business development. Ø  Zero Process defect.
