Listening to customer requirements and
presenting appropriately
Maintaining and developing
relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and
emails
Cold calling to arrange meetings with
potential customers to prospect for new business
Aiming to gain a clear understanding
of customers' businesses and requirements
Improve product marketability and
profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market
opportunities; coordinating new product development.
Sustain rapport with key accounts by
making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new
opportunities.
