Dynamic Digital Technology (DDT) was formed
in the year 1990 by an Indian entrepreneur based in the Boston area as a wholly
owned subsidiary of Digital Technology Inc (DTI), DTI started its operation in
1987 to provide technology solutions in the field of computer networking and
telecommunications. We developed a niche in developing Networking Protocol
Software and Test Tools related to various TCP/IP, ATM (Asynchronous Transfer
Mode) and MPLS (Multi Protocol Label Switching) protocols. The company continued
to grow rapidly over the years and was acquired by Agilent Technologies in the
year 2000.
In the year 2003, the original founders of DTI acquired the DDT part of the company back from Agilent Technologies and started a new company, Polaris Networks with DDT as a wholly owned subsidiary of Polaris Networks. Our vision was to focus on Wireless Communication technologies and provide both Test Solutions as well as software R&D services, based on the technical expertise that the company had developed over its existence of over a decade. In the last 10 years, we have developed industry-leading test solutions for technologies such as Wi-Fi, WiMAX, RFID, ATCA, HomePlug and 3GPP LTE (Long Term Evolution). Polaris is privately funded and profitable company since its inception.

management. Almost all the engineers have advanced academic qualifications and
several of them have overseas work experience, primarily in the US

-Should have knowledge or prior experience in handling VAT, TDS, Service Tax works etc.
