Position required: Sales/Service Executives

CTC: Rs. 3-5 LPA (Salary no bar for potential candidature/Increment can be considered lateral to experience or competency)

Required Skills –

Ø  Maintain and build relationship with clients. Meet clients regularly to explain/present CD products, our value  proposition etc. Ø  Understand challenges at client's end and work with other team members to resolve it.

Ø  Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment 

Core Competencies:

Ø  Leadership - The position requires a willingness to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and direction.

Ø  Knowledge of existing automotive products is an asset, however, full training will be provided on automotive product database..

Ø  Should be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and a strong ability to set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful under pressure.

Ø  Outstanding verbal communication skills and ability to adapt to a variety of people.

Ø  Knowledge about automobile industry will be preferred.

Ø  Should posses Problem Solving Attitude
