JD:

1. Research oriented a. Conduct secondary research on existing data b. Design market research and surveys c. Conduct on-the-ground interviews and surveys with a range of Stakeholders d. Synthesise primary and secondary research outcomes into reports and presenta tions

2. Problem solving oriented a. Structure and solve business problems of a wide range, in the context of project work and knowledge building efforts b. Gather primary and secondary data c. Use standard tools to analyse data d. Derive conclusions and implications, that form part of the solution to the business problem

3. Client interactions and management oriented a. Work closely and jointly with client executives across hierarchies and levels b. Work on the project as a part of a joint team comprising client executives and NirSan colleagues c. Lead client communication of interim and final project outcomes d. Conduct interviews with client executives that are of a diagnostic nature, intended to obtain a better diagnostic of the business situation e. Build capability in client staff by coaching efforts during the project Work

4. Team oriented a. Operate as a part of a cohesive team comprising NirSan executives and client executives dedicated to the project b. Support colleagues and collaborate in project work, as appropriate Coach team members, and be coached in turn Share responsibilities of project management and running the ream

5.Organisation building oriented a. Drive knowledge efforts when staffed on knowledge building efforts b. Create content that will be used in project work c. Take up specific responsibilities for company logistics and building the organisation, particularly during the setting up phase of the company
