JD: Preparation of Transfer Pricing Planning / Documentation reports from the standpoint of : Indian Transfer Pricing Regulations and OECD Guidelines · Assisting the clients in transfer pricing assessments & appeals, stay of demand proceeding, penalty proceedings including representation before the first level appellate authorities · Assisting in preparing submission/appeals including paper book and filing the same with various appellate authorities such as DRP and CIT‐Appeals · Assisting in filing an application with the Advance Pricing Agreement authorities · Conducting benchmarking sets on public databases, namely PROWESS and CAPITALINE · Preparing Transfer Pricing Study including Industry Overview, FAR analysis and Benchmarking · Finalizing the requirements of Form 3CEB & Filing of APA · Assisting in assessment related work before transfer pricing officer
