Request you to please inform your selected candidate to Bring their laptop for Presentation along with Laptop serial no.
- Candidates must be informed to carry their Govt. issued photo ID proof (Passport/ Driving license/Voter ID / Pan Card) for validation.
- Guest cards will be issued duly verifying the Govt. issued photo ID proof & subsequently Guest required be signing in by representative from your team, escorting in to the place of engagement, and signing out from gate-1 reception duly submitting the guest cards. Guest needs to be escorted during stay in the campus.
3. They must be briefed accordingly to be within the area of engagement & submit the guest cards while leaving the premises at gate-1 only.
- Do not take photographs with mobile phones.
The movement will be through gate-1.
