Job profile: Technology Associate - Systems
We are looking for a resourceful candidate to join the
Enterprise Helpdesk group based in Hyderabad. The group supports a wide range
of technologies including but not limited to Windows PCs and servers, Linux
servers, mobile devices, storage, and advanced communications. The ideal
candidate should be a graduate in Computer Science, Math, Physics, or
Chemistry, with excellent communication, logical-reasoning, organizational, and
interpersonal skills. The candidates should have strong knowledge of computer
basics along with an interest in problem-solving, making technology more
accessible, interfacing with teams from different business functions and learning
new technologies. Exposure to scripting, UNIX, Powershell, and computer
hardware would be an added advantage.
