2) Office Executive / Content Writer - Qualification - BA/MA in English / Journalism & Mass Communication, Salary - upto 20K in hand, Experience - 1 year to 5 years, Skill - Writing Official Correspondences to various Govt. Departments, Universities, Dignitaries, etc. representing the Institute (should have excellent English writing and spoken skills as well as should be aware of properly formatting a letter including use of correct designations).
Should have excellent surfing skills to gather information about a topic on which an Official Correspondence is being made
Writing content for Institute Prospectus, Website, Publications like Pamphlets, Leaflets, Seminars, etc. and the ability to surf online to gather information about the associated topic in question, and accordingly writing the assigned work.
Writing invitations for meetings, preparing minutes, etc.
3) Executive Secretary for the Chairman - Qualification - BA/MA in English / Journalism & Mass Communication, Salary - upto 25K in hand, Experience - 1 year to 5 years, Skill - Knowledge about document filing, arrangement of records, etc.
Excellent HR skills to get work done by subordinates and recruitment, as and when required.
Excellent Communication Skills (both written and spoken) and ability to surf the internet, handle emails, etc.
Experience mandatory in handling secretarial works (above and other responsibilities which will be delegated from time to time).
