Position: Communications Intern (Marketing and PR field)

Job Description:  

     You will have the opportunity to gain practical experience researching and building media lists, comfortably and proactively pitch reporters, coordinating editorial coverage results, drafting press releases and editorial pitch letters, etc

     Help create and build existing brand awareness through public relations and marketing campaigns. Gain product knowledge and attend meetings with clients weekly. Learn basic marketing and public relations techniques and experience their applications through all the facets of marketing, whether promotional events or media based.

       Plan & strategize media activities for various retail and corporate brands with excellent knowledge of PR tools.

·        Preparation and implementation of Media strategy.

·        Develop and execute strategic media plan - including digital and print media for clients.

·        We are looking for a candidate with excellent media contacts and writing skills

·        Building relationships with all key journalists of media universe of the campaign.

·        Maintaining and regularly updating all active and relevant media lists pertaining to client industry.

·        Do business development as and when required

Requirements:

     Have good written and oral communication skills  

     Have the ability to service clients and perform under deadline pressure

     Have good business development and client servicing skills

     Are perceptive to client’s marketing and media problems and oriented to provide business solutions
