The Indian Economist would like to invite students of St Xaviers, Calcutta to apply for the position of Analyst in our prestigious Writing Program at The Indian Economist. This elite internship program gives students the opportunity of being published with credits on The Indian Economist. We request you to circulate the details provided below to the student body. Summary
Analysts in the writing program will write articles on business, culture, policy, economics, foreign affairs and culture & society. The program enables you to sharpen your writing and analytical skills as well as giving you a chance to build a credible body of published work.
Details
Application procedure: Mail 2 writing samples to joinus@theindianeconomist. com along with your CV
Location: Work from home (digitally)
Time Commitment: Roughly 15 hours a week (enabling you to balance academics and the internship)
Period of Commitment: 6 months
Stipend: All members at The Indian Economist including the Founders work for free, hence there is no stipend for this position
Certificate of Experience: Will be provided to all individuals that complete the program
Application Deadline: 8th January, 2017 (students can apply post that also if there is a special reason such as ongoing examinations etc.)
