1. Designation:  Associate Sales (Opening- 5)

Eligibility: Young, dynamic, confident individuals with fluent communication skills who are self-driven and would work towards achieving their sales goals within given timelines. Candidates should be able to make persuasive conversation with regards to the tracking of leads, follow-ups, sales closure and doing a comparative analysis, alongside working under pressure.

Qualification: Graduate/Post graduate from a reputed institute.

Experience: Fresher/1 to 2 years of experience in banking/financial sector / in the sale of luxury/ high-end products, preferably in Real Estate industry.

      2. Designation:  Specialist - Tele Advisor (Opening -4)

Compensation: As per market Standards

Eligibility: Individuals with persuasive communication skills having an appealing and silvery voice along with strong sense of assessment and patience. Candidates will be responsible for generating and close sales lead as per monthly targets. They should be capable of handling customer’s queries/grievances over calls. She should hold good interpersonal skill with the ability to attend numerous inbound and outbound calls every day.

Qualification: Graduate/Post graduate from a reputed institute.

Experience: Fresher/1 to 2 years of experience in relevant industry preferably in a reputed international call center or any other similar tale-advisory role, preferably in real estate. Female candidates preferred.

3. Designation: Hospitality & PR executive( Opening-6 )

Compensation: As per market Standards

Eligibility: Dynamic individuals having excellent interpersonal skills with a flair for strategic communication and customer relations.  Candidates would be expected to support and assist F&B management at the site as per budgeted guidelines. Also, they should be capable of assisting new set ups, manage internal and external guest relations and take care of F&B inventory along with upkeep and housekeeping of the site experience center.

Qualification: Diploma/Graduation in hotel/hospitality management from a reputed institute.

Experience: Fresher/2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Female candidates preferred.

4. Designation: Digital Marketing Executive (Opening- 2 )

Compensation: As per market Standards

Eligibility: Digital communication expert, enthusiastic and passionate individuals who are go-getters. Candidates should hold excellent communication skills, be tech savvy and should be keen to review and implement new technologies in order to take forward the brand’s communication digitally and craft effective digital marketing campaigns. They will be responsible for overall branding and promotion of the company in a digital platform. Candidates are required to be proficient in PPC, Google adwords, social media marketing, keyword analysis, Facebook paid ad, ORM and word press blogging (basic).Capable of advising on increasing the ROI for digital platform

Qualification: Graduate/Post graduate in advertising and digital marketing from a reputed institute.

Experience: Fresher/ 1 year of relevant experience in a reputed ad agency or digital marketing agency.

5. Designation: PA to Director (Opening 2)

Compensation: As per market Standards

Eligibility: a Dynamic and competent individual with the right attitude to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner Candidate will have the primary responsibility to provide assistance to the Director, providing support in email management and prioritizing and scheduling a meeting .Candidate needs to maintain executive calendar and manage meeting agendas as well as take care of the Director's travel arrangements apart from handling all credit card payments and memberships. He/She needs to collate all reports and review sheets and follow up from time to time with different stakeholders.

Must have the ability to multi-task and proficiency in MS Office.

Experience: Fresher/1 to 2 years of experience in relevant profile. Female candidates preferred.
