Purpose of role

 To understand customer's financial goals, advising them on  Buy, Sell or Hold strategy and execute trade

Key Responsibilities

·         Interact with clients to update them on research calls and advising them on asset allocation within their portfolio and guide them on Buy, Sell or hold strategy.

·         Keep abreast of micro & macroeconomic indicators, global & domestic financial markets and impact on stock movements.

                ·         Help customers to Execute trade online and place orders on behalf of customers.

Desired Skills & Experience

·         BBA/ B.Com / M Com  / PGDM- Finance 

• Should have good communication skills- both verbal and written.
• Should be able to fluently converse in English & Regional Language
• Should have a passion for a career  in Stock  market

·         Follow in-house Research Reports, Company news, and track company  performance 

CTC:

§  (Min 2,00,000 fixed p.a. – Min 5,00,000 variable ) (Max 3,00,000 fixed p.a. + Max 6,00,000 variable per annum).

§  Place of posting: Hyderabad

§  Timings: General shift

Note:  Also, please ask the candidates to come prepared on Financial Mgmt, Capital markets, Ratios, terminologies used in stock market, IIP, SLR, CRR, GDP etc

Selection process: -  (elimination happens at every stage)

Step one: Group discussion

Step two: Written test ( duration: 45 min)

Step three:  Final Technical Round

For candidates willing to relocate from other parts of India, good hostel facilities are available in the vicinity of 1 km for 6500 per month (3sharing) and 7500 per month (2 sharing). The facilities include (3 meals per day, wifi, pick and drop and exciting facilities etc). First three days, the complimentary stay will be provided by the company.
