About the Company: KarmaCircles is a peer-to-peer mentoring and networking platform, where professionals can give and receive advice for free. We host communities like colleges, accelerators, corporates, alumni associations etc. and help them leverage combined resources and skills. We make this possible through our technologically futuristic mobile app and web-based platform.
Students are required to:
1. Understand the business model, product features and target market of KarmaCircles 2. Market Research – Conduct an online survey for 50-80 users (users to be acquired from your college/university) Interview at least 20 users in person 1:1, interview at least 1 potential customer for our enterprise version in person 3. Understand the competitive landscape (existing comparable products/competitors) of the mentoring and professional networking space 4. SWOT Analysis of KarmaCircles 5. Evaluate the pricing strategy of KarmaCircles’ Enterprise version
Submission Requirements
1. A PowerPoint presentation KarmaCircles leadership team. (PPT content guidelines below) 2. Survey results of at least 40 users (both, in-person and online surveys) 3. Your insights from 3-4 customer interviews 4. 4-5 weekly progress reports with project progress updates
Presentation Format
1. History, Organizational Structure, Leadership, etc. 2. Business Model, Competitive Landscape, etc. 3. SWOT analysis, Pricing Strategy, etc. 4. Key Insights 5. Propose a self-devised marketing and sales strategy 6. Suggest new features/products/markets/revenue streams for KarmaCircles 7. Summary 8. Appendix - Survey form, Survey results, customer interviews, Weekly progress reports.
Note - The project can be done remotely with guidance from KarmaCircles team on phone. You are, however, welcome to visit our Saket office as often as you wish while you are working on the live project.

a) Market Research Project (Understand the Business Model, Product features and Target market of KarmaCircles and do the SWOT analysis).
b) Community Leader Project (Acquire users from College/University/Departments and create a group on KarmaCircles and understand the user behaviour and how to improve user experience)
