Position:  Associate 1

Required: The Final year 2019 batch MCom / Post Graduate degree in Finance and Accounting with first division (60%)

 0 – 1 year of full time experience with a reputed company / firm

  Job Description:  Broadly, the key responsibilities are:

·         Audit service delivery – Be a part of the team that is responsible for audit service delivery and ensure timely and quality audit deliverables on the work done by self.

·         Content & industry focus – Build strong domain expertise (accounting & auditing) and industry knowledge to enable better engagement with US ET and improve quality of work performed from GDC

Roles and responsibilities

The Associate 1 will be predominantly responsible to

Demonstrate basic accounting and auditing knowledge, Understand audit procedures performed by GDC, Familiarize with audit documentation tool –eAudIT,  Familiarize with audit tools/applications used (IDEA, WISDOM,CASEWARE, MS Office),  Efficient and effective performance of audit procedures within the time provided with Quality, Nominate in self-development activities in technical and project management areas, Demonstrate strong inter-personal skills, Participate in / lead team and group activities

Technical Skills: Audit and accounting knowledge, Good knowledge of MS Office (with an emphasis on MS Excel skills), Strong English communication skills (Oral & Written),

 Enabling Skills: Attention to detail and quality consciousness, Be a quick learner and demonstrate adaptability to change, Should be willing to and capable of delivering under tight timelines, basis the business needs including working on weekends, Should be open to travel to US on short and long term assignments

CTC: Rs. 3.75/- LPA + Annual performance bonus
