Designation: Tech Lead / Sr Software Engineer - Backend

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and talented Sr Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer to join our team and

own the complete product lifecycle. An ideal person well suited for this role will be someone who is

passionate about building products from scratch; exhibit proactive leadership concerning engineering

development; think about problems in-depth; and in general, must be focused on getting things done.

Lastly, we look for someone who is versatile, ambitious and is willing to grow along with the organization.

Responsibilities :

- To define code architecture decisions to support a high-performance and scalable application with a minimal

footprint

- To build and manage the Engineering team

- To design and develop different modules of the application based on requirements

- To find and implement solutions to complex problem statements for different modules in the application

- To design and develop logical and physical data models that meet application requirements

- To address any technical bugs and issues in the process

Location: Bengaluru 

Skills: -

- In-depth knowledge of NodeJS

- Ability to convert UX designs to APIs and Frontend Components.

- Experience with modern frameworks and design patterns

- Knowledge of a backend NoSQL database such as MongoDB

- Knowledge of Version Control (Git)

- Knowledge of Cloud Technologies like AWS

- Experience creating front-end applications using HTML5, Angular/React, LESS/SASS

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

CTC: Rs.18- 24 LPA + Stock Options (the CTC is paid the whole in-hand without any deductions).
