We are offering the profile of Management Trainee (MT) in Business Development.
Requirements:
● Graduates in any domain (2020 pass-outs)
● Excellent Communication Skills
● Good sales acumen
● Immediate Joiners
● Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
● The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
Job Responsibilities:
● Work on B2B sales campaigns
● Create outbound lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn and other portals)
● Follow TAT for inbound leads for one or more product lines
● Interact with leads (audio and video calls/ messages/ emails), do product/ service pitching
and eventually take them to the payment link/page
● Follow the complete BD process with utmost transparency
● Update live status of every lead
● Achieve routine targets
● Other internal sales processes to follow
Type of Employment: Remote Work with a contract of 6/12 months
Joining Date: 4 September 2020 /9 September 2020

Compensation Structure:
We will have the following compensation structure for the period of engagement:
● The profile is fully performance-based
● There is a dedicated training in the initial phases of employment
● The component of pay is variable (min 10% of revenue to start with)
● The Management Trainee will be entitled to earn any amount up to Rs 2,00,000 per
month i.e; an upper cap of Rs 20,00,000 of revenue monthly
● The MT should easily be able to do Rs 3,00,000 of revenue per month to start with post
completion of rigorous 15 days of training
Note: There is no fixed component in this profile
Selection Process:
● Telephonic Interview
● HR Panel Round
● Virtual/ Video Interview (Individual/ Panel)
A selected trainee has to confirm her/his acceptance of the job offer within 48 hours of
receiving information about the selection.
