We are a young organization that has proved a lot in a short span of time. We are redefining how insurance is perceived in India. We have launched multiple insurance products and wish to establish the gold standard of how Insurance companies work. We are looking for people who would help us achieve that vision. We have openings in the below function.

Location: Bangalore

Position: Trainee Executive (Actuarial) 

Required: The final year 2021 batch - B.Com, BMS, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics

(Only those who are doing Actuarial...they can apply)

Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop a strong understanding of fundamental of insurance, products, systems, external environment 2. Develop an understanding of the context in actuarial pricing/reserving/capital 3. Develop an understanding of data sources, data captured, ability to handle large volumes of data from multiple sources 4. Assist in experience analysis 5. Assist supervisor in ad-hoc investigations 6. Performs other duties periodically assigned by the supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements

CTC: Rs. 3.5/-  LPA initially with 90% fixed and 10% variable. The eligibility criteria will be that the students should have cleared a minimum 2 Actuarial papers. After joining the company, the trainees will have to clear a minimum of 5 exams in the first year, post which they will be confirmed at 6 LPA.
