An on-demand video streaming platform for Bengalis worldwide. We are seeded by SVF Entertainment (www.svf.in ) which is a leading Media & Entertainment company in Eastern India with capabilities in Film & TV production, Cinemas, Distribution, Digital Cinema, and New Media.
We are looking for Motion Graphic Designer interns/full time, Graphic Designer intern to full time and Video Editor intern to full time to join the team.
Please note, the internship positions will be made permanent based on the performance of the candidates. The internship duration is of 1-2 months. The internship stipend range is Rs 8,000- Rs 12,000 (negotiable, depending on the performance of the candidates).
The Motion Graphics Designer (intern/full time) will be responsible for developing eye-catching creative for product and branding objectives. This position requires an expert in layout, typography, color and animation who can create complex design systems.
The ideal candidate will have a keen ability to influence the audience’s emotions and drive action through the use of motion, language and aesthetics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and build visual design concepts: mood boards, mock-ups, screens and motion graphic packages
- Utilize conceptual and motion design skills to bring ideas to life
- Coordinate with a relevant team(s) on integrating product features into visual designs
Preferred Qualification & Skills
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis on After Effects required.
- Experience in the digital workflow, including codecs, image types, resolutions and frame rates and staying ahead of changing technology is highly preferred.
- Able to work under pressure and under deadlines, with strong follow-through abilities.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, flexible and helpful, able to multitask, self-starter.
- Ability to creatively problem-solve and collaborate with the Creative Team
- Quick learner and ability to work in a collaborative work environment with passion and a positive attitude
- A strong product storytelling experience is highly desired.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Design and execute pixel-perfect multi-platform marketing collaterals for web and print, including posters, graphics for websites, e-mailers, online banners, brand & product illustrations, logos, pamphlets, catalogs, brochures, event, print and online advertising formats, billboards, direct mailers, etc.
- Build and maintain a consistent brand image through creative conceptualizing, design, layout and illustration for a variety of traditional, online and mobile media.
- Understand briefs and translate concepts into creative, innovative visuals
- Editing & re-touching photographs/artwork for use in creatives as per brief provided.
- Work collaboratively and cohesively with a team of copywriters, designers and art director(s).
Work independently as well as collaboratively with the creative department and production team on a variety of projects.
Preferred Qualification & Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
- Understanding of design, composition, typography, and color theory
- Ability to tell stories visually and using design as a medium to express them.
- Quick learner and ability to work in a collaborative work environment
Video Editor (Intern to full-time)
Requirement:
- Knowledge of editing and audio mixing with a focus on packaging.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, After Effects, Sound Editing, Adobe Premiere and FCP.
- Understanding of web codecs and nuances of Facebook and YouTube videos.
