Trailblazers Adventure Travel Pvt. Ltd. is an Outdoor School and we work with schools, teacher training institutions, University students/colleges, corporate executives by doing outdoor activities with an underlying emphasis on environment. The positions available with Trailblazers are for Sales and Marketing Executives.

Post-graduating/graduating students in any stream are welcome to participate in the presentation and interviews. We would prefer students having a first class. Students Male/Female willing to travel, having excellent communication skills, having an interest in the outdoors are some of the basic requirements. Students having skillsets/interest in the area of natural history (plants, birds, animals, insects) or having knowledge of adventure sports activities such as rock-climbing, rappelling, etc with an NCC 'C' certificate will be given additional points during interview.

The selected students would be trained in two areas : a) Sales b) Communicating through Outdoor camps. Largely their interaction will be with Principals of schools, teachers, Professors and corporate executives. Remuneration will be attractive as per experience and qualification. Position will be based in Kolkata.

They wish to recruit fresh graduates in any discipline with a view to train and build up a young team to shoulder higher responsibility in the next 5 – 10 years.

The selected candidates will be put through a structured training program in tea tasting and valuing, basics of tea manufacture, and running of a tea broking operation. This training will be at Siliguri where the company is a dominant player in this industry.

Selected candidates will be given guest house accommodation at Siliguri during the stint of training. In addition, they will be given a stipend of Rs. 10,000.00 per month.
