•Participants work with their assigned business units from Monday to Thursday. Company sponsored academic classes are held on Fridays and Saturday•
•An analytical bent of mind
Good communication skills
•Handpicked CCAP faculty from top business schools which also includes CRISIL professionals and industry experts.•High level of enthusiasm and initiative
•On successful completion of the programme, all participants will continue working at their respective businesses, at an increased salary of Rs6 lakh per annum (plus performance-based variable pay).•An interest in a long-term career with CRISIL
Eligibility Criteria:Selection Process:
•The basic qualification needed is a Bachelors' degree with at least 60% marks, or equivalent CGPA. Final-year students can also apply.All the eligible applicants will have to go through the below mentioned selection stages:
•The candidate should be born on or after 1st Jan 1986.•CRISIL Aptitude Test conducted at 18 locations across India on 23rd & 24th March 2013
•The candidate may either submit his/her 2012-13 CAT/XAT scores OR take the CRISIL Aptitude Test scheduled on 23rd & 24th March 2013.•Group Discussion (GD) & Personal Interview (PI) held in Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai
