IndiaFirst will soon announce its 'Business Management Trainee Program' – a program that promises the new generation the chance to script a brave tomorrow for themselves and the community.
There will be a disciplined process followed in order to ensure quality hiring, this will involve all interested candidates sending across the application with a statement of purpose, aptitude test, group discussion, case study/role play, psychometric test and personal interview with Line Manager and HR. All these levels will have cut offs for effective screening.
We will shortly announce the details of the program and the end to end process to be followed. For now, below is a sneak preview of the program. Watch out this space for more in the coming days...!!!
