announce its 'Business Management Trainee Program' – a program that
promises the new generation the chance to script a brave tomorrow for themselves
and the community. There will be a
disciplined process followed in order to ensure quality hiring, this will
involve all interested candidates sending across the application with a
statement of purpose, aptitude test, group discussion, case study/role play,
psychometric test and personal interview with Line Manager and HR. All these
levels will have cut offs for effective screening.
