Position: Management Trainee

Location: Pan India

Require: All Final year BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA students

‘Candidates hired will be required to join RB in July 2014. They will be put on to a specially designed cross functional 2-year management training programme. This programme will be a mix of on-the-job, academic and classroom training sessions. RB will be tying up with a leading B-School for the purpose of the academic training. On successful completion of the training programme, the trainee will be awarded a Post Graduate Certificate in Management and will be confirmed as a Senior Area Sales Executive with an accelerated growth opportunity in Sales & Marketing lying ahead'.

The selection process will include:

 Pre Placement talk, Written Examination, Group Discussion, Personal Interview
