Position: Relationship Manager

Location: Kolkata

Require:  Graduate Degree (B Com / BBA / BA) or M Com

 Key Job Responsibilities:

·         This position is responsible to acquire, retain, cross sell and upsell various wealth products (mutual funds, insurance, structure, equities, debt, PMS, PE) and real estate deals through their network
·         Would be responsible for targeting the right customers as per product and client segmentation strategy
·         Will be responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to conversion
·         Would be responsible to create a pool of High Net Worth Individuals investing across asset classes (especially real estate)
·         The role is that of Financial Advisor

Skill Set Required:

·         Preference will be given to smart and articulate candidates
·         Good communication skills, person has to be self starter and must possess the drive to succeed
·         Should be a good team player with reasonable computer skills
·         Preference would be given to the candidates who are well networked

Reporting to: Regional Director

CTC: Rs. 15,000/- per month + Attractive Company Variable Scheme

Employment: Full Time, On the rolls of the Company (SMC Real Estate Advisors)
