Role Purpose
• Liaising with clients to discuss and identify their requirements;
• Working with the creative team to devise deliverables that meets the client's brief and timelines.
• Liaising with, and working as the link between the client and the creative team by maintaining seamless coordination between both.
• Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification;
• Preparing client reports;
• Monitoring the effectiveness of deliverables.
• Arranging and attending meetings;
• Effective customer relationship management with clients.
• Look for opportunities to improve in areas that they have identified as important by the organization.
• Meeting business target set by the organization.
