JOB PURPOSE To be a part of the founding team and assist in client acquisition, business development, team building and product development
Responsibility:
Business Process • Research, curate and validate a list of real estate agents from various real estate portals, various associations, referrals and other digital platforms. • Send invite and sign up agents through Telemarketing and digital communication • Ensure achievement of enrollment targets • Provide constant feedback to the marketing and technical team on improving user experience and reporting bugs for process updations. • Responsible for preparation of daily & monthly MIS to review the following: • Lead Status • Invitation sent versus sign-ups • Verification status • Query Resolution • City performance • Assisting the out bound enrollment team for sign - ups by visiting along with them • Customers • To assists agents with on boarding and verification process on the platform • To resolve queries in time bound manner for agents and customers • Manage and escalate grievances at to the reporting head • To obtain periodical feedback on their experience and performance on the platform Growth • Formulate strategy for enrollment growth in various cities • Build your own team in time to become a Team Leader
People Responsibilities: Travel to mentor, motivate and assist business development teams in other cities by experiences, processes, and knowledge
Required: Bachelors Degree (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com) /Post Graduate - B.Com, English, Mass Comm, M.Com
Experience Fresher- 2 years Technical Skills Knowledge of MS Office Capable of handling a team and objections handling and ability to make 100 calls a day
Behavioral Skills Fast learner, team player, time management skills, good communication skills, analytical ability.
Language Skills English & Hind
