The job profile is for Business development manager and is defined as follows:-
We work through distributor and franchise model. The employee needs to speak with prospective distributors and franchisees and sometimes meet them personally as well. We generate these leads for prospective distributors and franchisees through our marketing campaigns.
The employee would also need to travel and attend exhibitions where our company will be participating. Will need to interact with potential distributors and rarely with direct customers.
The person should have good communication skills and pleasing personality.
