Framed is one of India's finest wedding & events photography companies focusing on a very niche clientele along with diversifications over other segments such as Fashion, Corporate, and Advertisements. Conceived only 4 years ago, by a St. Xavier's Alumnus, Ronak Gadhia, Framed has grown from a two-person company to a family of 20 talented and aspiring individuals who believe that photography is not merely a profession, its a way of life.

Position - Cinematographer / Director 

Number of Positions – 2

Location - Kolkata (Candidate may have to travel for outstation projects - depending on requirement) 

Required: Final year 2019 batch Mass Comm, Animation, COP- Mass Com

Skill sets needed:

1) Good compositional skills with sound technical knowledge about the operation of a DSLR camera in the video mode. 

2) Good conversational abilities / Amiable personality

3) Keen interest in film-making 

4) Sound knowledge in editing - Adobe premiere pro / After effects

Job Description:

1. Working alongside our in-house editors and directors to create unique concepts for project-based videos
2. Overseeing the selection and manipulation of technical equipment to create striking images on-screen
3. Editing the footages shot at the functions on software like Adobe Premiere Pro and adding interesting elements through Adobe After Effects

Weddings and events occupy the majority of our work. The cinematographer would be present on the ground to shoot the given function to the best of his/her ability - according to the idea and concept pre-discussed. The team at Framed is responsible for capturing luxury and niche events happening in Kolkata and pan India. Our clientele is exclusive as they belong to the top tier families of the city. The candidate would be exposed to the brighter side of the event and the wedding industry - taking a dive into extravagant and big fat Indian weddings. This is a very dynamic job where the candidates are not only responsible for capturing footages during the event but are also a part of the creative team that is responsible for creatively shaping the video in any manner deemed fit.
